Shrewsbury is put on the map!

A new town map for visitors to Shrewsbury and local residents alike has just been launched highlighting key places to visit and exciting events taking place throughout the year.

Produced by Shrewsbury Tourism Association Ltd, the map is aimed at providing visitors to the town with a comprehensive, easy to use guide to help them to navigate their way around. The map includes information on Shrewsbury's many and varied shopping areas, regular markets and places to eat together with further practical information on services such as the Park and Ride service.

Commenting on the new map, Deborah Northwood, Promotions & Development Executive, Shrewsbury Tourism Association Ltd said, "The new Shrewsbury town map has been produced with both the day visitor and local resident market in mind. Shrewsbury provides an excellent visitor offer for people coming to the town but we also wanted to produce something that could also be used by local residents. This new map is much more comprehensive demonstrating just how much there is to see and do in Shrewsbury".

The Shrewsbury Town Map is just one of the promotional publications produced by  Shrewsbury Tourism Association Ltd who also produce the annual Shrewsbury Visitor Guide promoting accommodation, attractions and events in Shrewsbury and the surrounding area to potential visitors to the town.
